Overview

Title: QC Lab Technician

Location: East Yorkshire

Salary: £26,964 per annum + £3,277 shift allowance

Term: Initial 6 month FTC

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the QC team and undertake administrative and lab support tasks.
  • Perform analytical testing of QC batches.
  • Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with GMP/GLP.
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment and SOPs.
  • Record and report data accurately.
  • Support regulatory inspections and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritise workload to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate as a cross-functional member of the team alongside other lab technicians, lab analysts and the QC Manager.
Qualifications
  • Recently graduated in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science or a science-related degree.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented attitude, with competency in troubleshooting.
Working hours

40-hour week with a shift pattern of 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm.
