QA POS Test Lead Engineer

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. POS testing experience
2. Automation experience is a plus
3. Mobile app automation development experience
4. Ability to lead manual and automation testing efforts
5. Strong communication skills
6. Hands-on automation experience with Selenium and API testing is desirable
7. Experience with POS systems
8. Developing and implementing test plans and test cases
9. Performing manual testing
10. Implementing QA processes and methodologies
11. Retail or online store background
12. Good team and interpersonal skills
13. Excellent oral and written communication skills
14. Ability to host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions
15. Ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment
16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
17. Work with business partners, developers, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
18. Coordinate end-to-end validation with backend systems and vendors
