Content Guru is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a small QA team in Bracknell. You’ll oversee testing strategies, drive automation, and ensure releases meet performance and reliability targets.

With a background in software development and Agile/Scrum, you’ll mentor engineers, optimize testing processes, and grow the team’s capabilities to deliver defect-free solutions for enterprise CX and CCaaS products, while collaborating with product and development to align testing with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in software QA, ideally within Agile/Scrum environments.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing and QA processes across software development lifecycle.
• Lead and develop a small team of QA Engineers.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and estimates.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify, track, and verify defects; ensure fixes are validated.
