Job summary

The Very Group is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering leader to define and drive the automation-first QA strategy across our Logistics & Fulfilment domain. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Architects to ensure quality from discovery through deployment.

You will mentor offshore teams, champion modern engineering practices including TDD/BDD/ATDD, and continuously improve testing approaches, tooling, and processes to raise engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Quality Engineering within complex tech environments.
• Experience at Principal, Lead or Senior QA level.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the QA strategy across the Logistics & Fulfilment domain.
• Lead automation-first testing to enable faster, more reliable delivery.
• Coach offshore QA teams and collaborate with product, engineering and architecture teams.
• Promote TDD/BDD/ATDD and improve tooling, frameworks, and processes.
