Job summary

DO & CO London seeks a QA Supervisor to lead daily QA tasks, ensure supplier checks, and monitor chillers and stores. You will audit areas, track hygiene and temperatures, and support international QA activities while guiding the team to uphold safety standards.

The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to improve DO & CO standards across the production and warehouse areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily QA tasks as directed by QA Supervisor and Manager.
• Review and verify daily quality checks of supplier-delivered goods.
• Check chillers and dry stores, applying FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, allergens.
• Audit kitchen areas, maintain paperwork, temperature controls and hygiene records.
• Support QA events team internationally when needed.
• Supervise production staff to follow safety rules and prevent incidents.
• Submit daily reports to QA Supervisor with incidents, solutions, and progress.
