Job summary

DO & CO group is seeking a Quality Assurance support to assist the Quality Manager in daily QA activities. The role includes hygiene audits, GMP audits, HACCP implementation and monitoring, and reporting deviations to ensure top-tier food safety and quality across production and warehouse areas.

You will contribute to traceability, staff training on safety standards, and investigation of customer complaints, with a flexible schedule given the operation runs seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Manager in daily office operations and QA tasks.
• Conduct hygiene and GMP audits; raise and follow up non-conformances.
• Implement and monitor HACCP/PRP/OPRP and report deviations.
• Verify HACCP paperwork and maintain traceability systems.
• Support airline-specific verification checks in various areas of production and warehouse.
• Train production staff on food safety and quality standards.
• Prepare samples for microbiological testing and sensory analysis.
• Investigate customer complaints with detailed QA reports.
