Job summary

DO & CO Airline Catering in the United Kingdom is seeking a QA/Quality Assurance support role to assist the Quality Manager with daily office tasks and QA supervision. You will conduct Hygiene and GMP audits, implement HACCP plans, verify paperwork and monitor traceability across production and warehouses.

The role requires excellent English, meticulous records, and strong collaboration with multiple departments to ensure food safety and high quality for our luxury airline catering services.

Qualifications

• Meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping.

• Flexible in a fast-paced, seven-day operation.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Manager in daily office tasks and QA supervision.
• Carry out Hygiene, GMP audits; raise non-conformances and follow up.
• Implement and monitor PRP/OPRP/HACCP; report deviations and actions.
• Verify HACCP paperwork; ensure up-to-date records.
• Monitor CCPs and temperature records; maintain traceability.
• Support airline-specific verification in flight assembly, stores and inbound.
• Prepare samples for microbiological testing and sensory checks.
• Oversee chillers and dry stores; manage FIFO, codes and allergens.
• Check personal hygiene compliance in high-risk areas.
• Provide QA reports to illustrate effectiveness; enable corrective actions.
• Train production staff on food safety and quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints; submit detailed QA reports.
