Job summary

White Circle is seeking a hands-on QA Engineer to own product quality across rapid release cycles. You’ll primarily manually test new features and fixes across our web platform and APIs, exploring edge cases, identifying risks, and providing fast, clear feedback to the team.

You’ll also automate stable, high-value scenarios using Playwright and Python, automation as an important tool, not the entire job. In this role you’ll collaborate with engineers and product owners to clarify requirements,

Qualifications

• 2+ years QA automation experience and frameworks built from scratch.
• Experience with Playwright for end-to-end UI testing and scalable test suites.
• Clean automation code in Python (pytest, fixtures, parametrize).
• CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar).
• Fluent English and clear communication.
• Experience with AI coding agents and LLM-powered tools.
• Curious, proactive and eager to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manually test new features and fixes across rapid release cycles.
• Understand changes, identify high-risk areas and provide release feedback.
• Perform exploratory, smoke, regression and integration testing across web and APIs.
• Create concise test plans and checklists for new features and releases.
• Investigate unexpected behavior, write reproducible bug reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to clarify requirements.
• Build, maintain, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD for reliability and speed.
