Job summary
QualityAI in the United Kingdom (remote) is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead QA initiatives across Agile teams, partnering with Product Owners, Developers and Scrum teams to define QA strategy and roadmap.
You will drive automation framework development, set standards and best practices, prioritize QA activities, remove blockers, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and mentor QA team members to provide automation leadership.
Qualifications
- Hands-on QA with strong automation background.
- Preference for Playwright experience; other tools acceptable if willing to learn Playwright.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA and automation initiatives across Agile teams.
- Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to define QA strategy and roadmap.
- Drive automation framework development, standards, and best practices.
- Prioritize QA activities, remove blockers, provide status updates, and maintain QA documentation.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
