Job summary

Animal and Plant Health Agency, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor and Advisor to support accreditations, certifications and regulatory compliance across plant health, bee health and animal health workstreams. The role focuses on building a consistent quality framework in ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 9001 and GxP, working with operational teams within Quality Services.

You will plan audits, review non-conformances, and promote the digital quality management system

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience of quality standards and internal quality auditing.
• Trained internal auditor or willing to undertake specialist training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver quality assurance audits and review non-conformances.
• Review documentation and raise findings in line with standards and procedures.
• Promote use of the Agency’s electronic quality management system across work areas.
• Provide advice and support for accreditation scope extensions and quality system improvements.
• Engage with management reviews and provide training and guidance to staff.
