Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior tech and product-focused colleagues to ensure that a fit for purpose solution can be delivered.
• Iterateyourunderstanding of requirementsclearly,to ensure limited wastage
• Produce high quality test plans, reviewing the plans of peers and direct reports asrequired, and as part of an overall approach to quality assurance.
• Implement and advocate standards and approaches agreed with the QA function
• Ensure that documentation to enable easy on-boarding of new team members isaccurateandup to date

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification (desirable)
• Degree in ICT or related field (desirable)
• Minimum of two years software testing/ development experience and clear understanding of different testing methods
• Experience of testing multi-tenant Sass product(s)
• API testing using Postman or other toolsand knowledge ofAzure DevOps
• Experience in test design test techniques, test plan creation and test case management.
• Strong attention to detail,aninquiringmindanda highly detailed approach
• Organised, efficient andcapable of working in a high trust, fast paced environment
• Strong,openandhonest communication skillsand the ability to resolvechallenges without conflict
• Ability to nurturetechnical and non-technical team members with practical advice based on goodmethodologyand techniques
