Salesforce QA Analyst

As a Integrations & QA Analyst in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Help design, develop, and maintain integrations between various systems using integration tools and APIs.
• Create and manage APIs to facilitate communication between different systems and applications.
• Utilize your Salesforce expertise (or assist) to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation.
• Develop and manage (or assist with) integrations with NetSuite, optimizing data flow and business processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute manual test cases across various software applications, ensuring the functionality, usability, and performance meet specified requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira), ensuring clear reproduction steps and severity ratings. Work with developers to facilitate defect resolution.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality or system performance.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements, gather additional details, and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Communicate test progress, test results, and issues to project teams, ensuring alignment on testing priorities and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
• Working knowledge of Jira, and Confluence
• Familiarity with working using Agile methodologies
