Fast Car Automotive is seeking a Purchasing Office Assistant to support our purchasing team. The role involves raising purchase orders, expediting supplier orders by phone and email, booking deliveries, and stock control. You will also assist with queries from Warehouse and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with good communication skills and be able to coordinate cross-functionally within our office environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a purchasing office environment.
• Ability to raise purchase orders and expediting orders.
• Good communication with suppliers and internal teams.
