Fast Car Automotive is seeking a reliable Importing Assistant to support the Purchasing Department. You will coordinate international shipments, manage import documentation, and liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.

You will track shipments, assist with customs clearance, maintain records, support stock planning, and provide cost analysis of freight and duties while delivering general administrative support.

• Coordinate and monitor incoming international shipments.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to relevant departments.
• Assist in customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import regulations.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Support stock planning.
• Assist with cost analysis and verification of freight and customs charges.
• Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing Department.
