• Coordinate the work within the Online Sales Office.
• Oversee and review systems for responding to customers with orders, queries and returns.
• Assist with dealing with goods carriers and service providers, and with administration and record keeping to facilitate dispatch of outgoing orders.
• Handle customer telephone calls and messages.
• Track and analyse products and performance data.
