NoMad London is seeking a Purchasing Manager to support the Executive Chef in shaping the hotel’s supply chain, sourcing reliable suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

You will translate forecasts into material requirements, manage budgets, coordinate with F&B and hotel departments, and drive efficiencies while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Join a luxury environment in Covent Garden with opportunities for growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Translate operating forecasts into material requirements and set par levels in consultation with departments.
• Participate in negotiations for service contracts and operating supplies.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on cost efficiencies and vendor relationships.
• Maintain daily pars on in-house products for F&B and Hotel.
• Organize storage for operating supplies.

Responsibilities

• Translate forecasts into material requirements and determine reorder levels with Heads of Departments.
• Negotiate contracts for operating supplies and services.
• Work with Executive Chef to optimize costs and improve vendor relationships.
• Maintain daily pars for F&B and hotel inventories and coordinate with F&B management.
• Ensure proper storage and billing of products and resources.
• Handle special projects as requested by management.
