Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in London is seeking a Purchasing & Receiving Agent to support procurement, receiving, and inventory across our luxury property. You will ensure timely deliveries, accurate records, and strong supplier relationships to enable seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, English fluency, and experience in hospitality supply chains.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing, Receiving, Stores within hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of procurement, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving and inspection of deliveries with accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and support procurement of goods and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, receiving, and inventory records.
• Build relationships with suppliers and service partners.
• Identify discrepancies, damaged goods, and quality concerns.
• Support cost-control initiatives while maintaining service and product standards.
