Job summary

March Recruitment is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support purchasing activities across two sites (Amersham and Egham). The role involves raising purchase orders, following up on orders, and ensuring timely supply of components using SAP Business One.

You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams, manage high volumes of emails, and travel to Egham twice a month to support ongoing needs. Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to support needs at Egham.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch daily parcels and arrange couriers.
• Raise purchase orders and manage outstanding orders.
• Maintain stock control, housekeeping, and replenishment.
• Support aftersales, warranty, and facilities/H&S tasks.
• Coordinate with Workshop Manager and Clinic Coordinator.
