Pertemps are delighted to be working with a client in the Glasgow area to appoint an experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor. The role offers ownership of the Purchase Ledger function, building strong supplier relationships and supporting a wider finance team. Salary: Up to £34k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable.
• Strong AP processes knowledge.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supervising or supporting a team is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day Purchase Ledger function.
• Supervise and support Purchase Ledger Assistants.
• Process and reconcile supplier invoices and statements.
• Prepare and manage payment runs.
• Handle supplier queries and disputes.
• Produce VAT, supplier spend and other financial reports.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations.
• Support cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
