Qualifications

• Experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable.
• Available on short or immediate notice.
• Able to commute to Eastbourne daily.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing supplier statement reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
• Processing proforma payments accurately and efficiently.
• Managing queries
• Creating new supplier accounts
• Supporting the wider Purchase Ledger team with day-to-day finance administration.
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing and uploading invoices
• Ensuring financial records are accurate and kept up to date.
