Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering a high volume of invoices (100+ per day).
• Posting invoices to match the Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI).
• Handling daily queries from suppliers.
• Ensuring invoices are authorized by the correct manager.
• Verifying supplier bank details for accuracy.
• Maintaining our approved supplier list.
• Producing accurate monthly statement reconciliations promptly.
• Raising payments to suppliers and submitting payment runs on schedule.
• Clearing all interdepartmental transactions.
• Producing quarterly reconciliations of the Paccar account.
• Providing reception cover as needed.
• Performing ad hoc duties within the finance department.

• Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role.
• Kerridge experience is desirable.
