Vertu Accident Repair Centre - Based in Stafford

Due to continued growth and internal changes, VARC Hub is expanding its well-established, friendly team to 10 members – and we're on the lookout for Purchase Ledger Clerks to join us at our busy, stable, and supportive operation based at Ford Stafford. We are offering a basic salary of £24,720 depending upon experience plus company benefits!

Experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk is essential – we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. While experience within the motor trade is not required, you must bring a strong background in purchase ledger processes to keep up with the demands of this busy department.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of invoices quickly and accurately
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Managing monthly payment runs
• Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Preparing and processing bank payments
• Maintaining purchase ledgers for multiple dealership sites
• Providing support with ad-hoc accounts duties as needed
  
  

You'll be joining a stable, easy-going team that supports one another to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. Full training on our systems and procedures will be provided.
