Based at Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Stafford, VARC Hub is expanding its friendly team to 10 members. We are seeking Purchase Ledger Clerks to join our busy, stable, and supportive operation at Ford Stafford. The role offers a basic salary of £24,720, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Requirements

Experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk is essential. We require someone who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in the motor trade is not necessary, but a strong background in purchase ledger processes is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing high volumes of invoices accurately
2. Reconciling supplier statements
3. Managing monthly payment runs
4. Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
5. Preparing and processing bank payments
6. Maintaining purchase ledgers for multiple dealership sites
7. Supporting ad-hoc accounts duties as needed
