KPI Recruiting Ltd. is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy finance team in Winsford. You will support supplier invoicing, payments and statement reconciliations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, £28,000–£30,000 per annum, with early finish at 4:00pm on Fridays and a Christmas shutdown. Applicants with previous purchase ledger experience are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Experience in Purchase Ledger or accounts payable.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisation in a busy team.
• AAT qualification or studying towards AAT preferred.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
• Monitoring and reconciling GRNI accounts.
• Resolving supplier and internal queries efficiently.
• Producing weekly and monthly management reports.
• Providing general administrative support to the finance department.
