We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Accountancy & Finance sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Administrator to join a leisure company based in Gravesend.

The role is currently offered temporary to cover sick leave until at least the end of March 2024, which will likely be extended.

Core Duties

1. Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
2. Processing expense claims
3. Preparing weekly / bi-monthly activity reports

Skills Required

1. Minimum 1 year’s experience carrying out accounts
2. Experience carrying out purchase ledger
3. Experience using Sage 200
4. Proficient with Microsoft Excel
5. Proficiency with managing multiple G/L codes
6. Excellent attention to detail
7. Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm and energy
9. Team player
