TeacherActive Limited. in Kidderminster is seeking a Pupil Support Room Manager to oversee the pupil support room and support learners with behavioural needs. The role starts immediately and pays £110 - £170 per day, with long-term opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in education or behaviour management, plus strong communication skills and a patient, proactive approach to helping pupils succeed and reintegrate into lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary school pupils with behavioural needs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, resilient and proactive approach to supporting young people
• Experience with SEMH is desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage the school's pupil support room and oversee its day-to-day function
• Support learners with behavioural needs and implement effective strategies
• Help pupils reintegrate into mainstream lessons after behavioural events
• Collaborate with staff to promote positive behaviours and resilience
