Job summary

Severndale Academy in Shrewsbury is seeking a Lead Pupil Support Assistant on a permanent, term-time-plus-5 PD days contract. The role is 25 hours per week, 9.30am–2.30pm, with duties across Monkmoor/futures campuses as required.

The successful candidate will support learners with personal care, welfare and feeding, and work closely with a small team under the Lead PSA to promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Support learners' personal care needs with dignity and hygiene.
• Assist learners with play, welfare and feeding during lunchtimes.
• Work as part of a team with the Lead PSA across Monkmoor or Futures campuses.
