Responsibilities

• Communicating closely with colleagues during the production process to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Assisting with commissioning suppliers, including checking briefs for clarity and accuracy, liaising with suppliers to maintain schedules and ensure briefs are met, as well as assessing the quality of work supplied.
• Tracking costs and schedules to ensure products are delivered on time and to budget using in-house systems.
• Sourcing assets (photos/videos) from web libraries in line with client briefs and creative requirements.
• Clearing rights for photos based on client requests and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Handling proofs for editorial corrections and other non-design changes.
• Checking own work for accuracy.
• Formatting text into InDesign, Word; applying correct styles and layout.
