Integral Ad Science, Inc. is seeking a Publisher Growth Manager to join Publica's Publisher Operations team. You will bridge projects, ensure excellent customer service, and drive growth and adoption for clients in a fast‑growing ad tech environment.

You’ll work with sales, solutions architects, product and marketing to solve complex client challenges, train publishers on Publica features, and uncover opportunities to increase revenue through data‑driven insights and proactive support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years programmatic video experience at an ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher.
• Knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to deliver insights by way of data, reports, and/or presentations.
• History of driving revenue growth across existing accounts.
• Fluent English is essential. Professional level German is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of publisher clients including training of all Publica features and products.
• Understand client challenges and needs; liaise with internal teams such as sales, solutions architects, product, and marketing to provide solutions to complex problems.
• Drive revenue growth of our publisher accounts through problem solving, optimization and relationship building.
• Continuous monitoring of publisher performance data to identify any issues and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.
