Job summary

Leidos UK & Europe is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of programmes and services across public services in the UK. You will work with customers, delivery teams and business leaders to drive outcomes, growth and operational excellence.

Based in Glasgow or Whiteley, this UK-based role requires BPSS/start with UKSC clearance and occasional travel to customer and Leidos locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolios, programmes or large-scale services.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Ability to balance people, delivery, commercial and operational priorities.
• Experience managing risk, governance and financial performance.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing others.
• Interest in innovation, continuous improvement and emerging technologies.
• Experience within government, public sector, defence, critical national infrastructure or technology environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
