Leidos is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of programmes and services across UK public sector initiatives. Based in Glasgow or Whiteley, you will work with customers, delivery teams and leaders to drive outcomes, growth and innovation in secure digital solutions.

You will influence large-scale programmes, build talent, strengthen customer relationships and help shape future delivery with a focus on governance, risk and value delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a team of Programme Managers, Service Delivery Managers and delivery leaders.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Support workforce planning and team growth to meet current and future demand.
• Help attract, develop and retain great talent.
• Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
• Drive continuous improvement across people, processes and delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships and services.
• Support business development, account planning and bid activities.
• Stay informed on market trends, customer priorities and emerging technologies.
• Work across teams to strengthen capabilities in areas such as: Digital Modernisation Systems Integration Cloud Cyber Security Data & Analytics AI-enabled Solutions
• Support the successful delivery of programmes and managed services.
• Monitor delivery performance, customer satisfaction, financial performance and risk.
• Ensure work is delivered in line with customer and organisational requirements.
• Promote strong governance, planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, finance, PMO, security and people teams.
• Support effective risk management and problem-solving across the portfolio.
• Encourage the sharing of lessons learned and best practices.
• Support the development of new delivery approaches and capabilities.
• Help teams adopt innovative ways of working that improve customer outcomes and team effectiveness.
