Job summary

Global technology and consulting organisation is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to join its Health & Public Service team. This role spans the full delivery lifecycle, from design through to implementation, coordinating with product owners, project managers, BAs and developers.

Experience across technology delivery, Agile/Waterfall, and cloud environments is ideal. BPSS + SC clearance eligibility is required, with UK residency/history to be validated.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience across the technology delivery lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with Cloud or SaaS technologies.
• Understanding of software architecture, integration and secure system design.
• Experience with delivery/project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or Excel.
• Some experience leading teams or supporting junior resources.
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical technical or design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of complex technology solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Working closely with clients and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Managing delivery activities across Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Working with Product Owners, Project Managers, BAs, SMEs and developers to design and deliver solutions.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and resolving delivery issues and communicating progress effectively.
• Supporting and, where appropriate, leading junior team members.
• Producing and maintaining delivery, design and project documentation.
• Using data and analysis to support decision‑making and inform system design.
• Working with modern technology environments including Cloud and SaaS platforms.
