Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Manchester is seeking a high-performing Public Sector Storage Sales Manager to lead the UK Data Services team, driving new business and strategic account growth within the Public Sector, including NHS Trusts and healthcare providers.

You will coach a sales organization, shape end-to-end processes, and build executive relationships, delivering value through HPE’s data services portfolio and ensuring market leadership in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8+ years’ experience in sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goals.
• Previous experience in Public Sector and Storage sales is essential.
• Experience mentoring other sales professionals and leading teams.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management.
• Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and outlooks for customer and market dynamics.
• Coaches and guides team members to deliver HPE’s value proposition.
• Manages major enterprise-level customer engagements and executive relationships.
