Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking an experienced Service Designer to shape and improve citizen-facing services within a major UK public sector programme. You will lead across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live, creating blueprints, maps and journeys while guiding stakeholders through collaborative workshops.

You will translate research and operational insight into actionable recommendations and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end service improvements in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Strong service design experience within UK public sector environments.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end service design on complex programmes.
• Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping and service vision creation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary agile teams.
• Active SC Clearance (essential).

Responsibilities

• Leading service design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live phases.
• Creating service blueprints, service maps, customer journeys and future-state service visions.
• Facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.
• Translating research, data and operational insight into clear service recommendations.
• Collaborating with researchers, product teams, architects and delivery managers to shape improvements.
