The candidate will travel 60-70% within the UK, translate technical challenges into commercial value, and engage with C‑suite stakeholders while supporting the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with 2+ years in presales or technical support.
• Experience supporting UK Government or public sector clients.
• Ability to translate technical challenges into business value.
• Confident at executive level and able to hold meetings onsite.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, security concepts, and network design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and support full sales cycle.
• Differentiate solutions with compelling value stories.
• Provide technical expertise across integrators, service providers, and Government.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to influence roadmaps.
• Contribute to RFPs, whitepapers, and technical documentation.
• Build customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Advocate for technical alignment internally.
• Represent customer needs at industry events and engagements.
• Assist customers with PoC and troubleshooting.
