Nutanix is seeking a Sales Director for Public Sector (England & Wales). You will lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth across Central Government, Local Government, Healthcare, and Higher Education, and partner with the EMEA North leadership to execute a regional strategy and build a healthy pipeline.

You will manage executive relationships, coach on complex deals, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise technology sales experience in UK Public Sector.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large sales teams.
• Strong capability to define regional GTM strategies across multiple public sector domains.
• Experience applying MEDDPIC/MEDDICC or Challenger style methodologies.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with partner ecosystems (SI, resellers, alliances).

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop regional GTM strategy to grow revenue & market share in UK Public Sector.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health and disciplined sales execution.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Coach teams on large, complex opportunities and drive deal progression through all stages.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel teams to deliver outcomes.
• Recruit, retain and develop top talent with clear succession plans.
