Qualifications

• Lead and manage the full procurement lifecycle for goods and services.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Procurement Act 2023 or PCR 2015 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full procurement lifecycle for the acquisition of goods and services within CMG.
• Manage all phases of sourcing including early market engagement, tender documents, and contract management.
• Lead commercial evaluation of bids including price, risks and terms and conditions.
• Use client templates and e-tendering systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Support contract administration, renewals and supplier performance.
• Identify and implement cost savings opportunities.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and stay updated with procurement regulations.
