Job summary

Kainos in Reading, Berkshire, UK seeks a Principal Product Manager for the Public Sector to lead and assure major engagements from concept through to delivery. You will shape product strategies and business cases, with significant experience in Agile transformation and programme delivery in a user‑centred context.

You will also manage, coach and develop a small number of senior staff, focusing on performance and career growth within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management with strong knowledge of UX, Agile and Programme Assurance.
• Experience in at least two major business verticals including Public Sector.
• Experience in multiple business application environments (CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
• Experience of strong C‑Level stakeholder communication and mentoring of clients.
