Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Public Sector) in Maidstone to lead engagements from concept to delivery. You will shape product strategies and business cases, driving Agile transformation and programme delivery in a user-centered context.

The role requires coaching and mentoring senior staff, managing performance, and strong communication with executive stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management with UX, Agile and Programme Assurance.
• Experience across two major business verticals including Public Sector.
• Experience with coaching and mentoring clients to raise product management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from concept through to delivery in a public sector context.
• Coach and develop a small number of senior staff with a focus on performance.
• Communicate with C-level stakeholders to shape strategy and outcomes.
