Job summary

Kainos in the UK is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Public Sector) to lead major engagements from concept through delivery. You will shape product strategies and business cases, with deep experience in Agile transformation and programme delivery within a user-centred context.

You will coach and develop senior staff, manage performance, and work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure delivery within tight deadlines and evolving environments in the public sector.

Qualifications

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management with UX, Agile and Programme Assurance.
• Experience across two major verticals including Public Sector and at least two industries.
• Experience with multiple business applications such as CRM and eCommerce.
• Experience communicating with C-Level stakeholders and mentoring clients on product management.
• Strong business and technology awareness with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from initiation to delivery within a user-centred product context.
• Shape product strategies and business cases, applying Agile and Waterfall delivery as needed.
• Coach and develop senior staff and manage a multi-disciplinary team.
• Drive focused outcomes from large stakeholder groups and workshops.
