Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Public Sector in the UK. You will lead major engagements from concept to delivery, shaping product strategies and business cases while leveraging agile and waterfall delivery methods.

You will also coach and develop senior staff to ensure high performance in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication with C-level stakeholders and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams within digital transformation

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of product management with UX, Agile, and programme assurance.
• Experience in multiple business verticals and public sector exposure.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
