Job summary

Kainos in Guildford is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Public Sector to lead engagements from concept through delivery, acting as an experienced analyst who can shape product strategies and business cases.

You will drive Agile transformation and programme delivery in a user-centered product context, and you will manage, coach and develop a small number of senior staff with a focus on performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Product Management with strong UX, Agile and Programme Assurance.
• Experience across two major business verticals including Public Sector.
• Experience with at least two business applications (CRM, eCommerce etc.).
• Strong C-level stakeholder communication and mentoring.
• Proven ability to deliver in agile environments and lead teams.
• Excellent communicator translating business needs into functional requirements.
