Job summary

Kainos in Exeter, Devon, GB, is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Public Sector to lead engagements from concept through to delivery. You will shape product strategies, develop business cases, and drive agile transformation in a user-centred product context.

You will coach and develop a small number of senior staff, manage performance, and mentor clients to advance product management practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Product Management with emphasis on UX, Agile and Programme Assurance.
Experience across at least two major business verticals including Public Sector.
Experience in two business application environments (CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
Strong C-Level stakeholder communication and client coaching.
Proven line management or coaching experience.
Ability to lead engagements from initiation to completion.
Excellent commercial awareness and adaptability.
Strong communication skills.
