DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Operations Account Manager for a major public sector client in a secure, regulated environment. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, support governance, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery while managing budgets and operational risk. This role requires strong leadership in BPS/outsourcing contexts.

Formación

• Proven experience in an Operations/Service Delivery leadership role.
• Experience in BPO/BPS or managed services environments.
• Strong ability to manage KPIs, SLAs and performance targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of contracted services across one or more accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for customer stakeholders and governance.
• Drive service performance, quality standards, and business outcomes.
• Manage operational risks, issues and escalations to resolution.
• Lead service reviews, governance meetings, and performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimization.
• Oversee workforce planning and resource management to meet demand.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and improve delivery costs.
• Support budgets, financial performance, cost control and profitability.
