Marsh in the United Kingdom is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to become a key member of our Public Sector team, delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions to public sector clients across the UK.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, identify risk strategies, lead insurance program design activities, prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurers, working alongside specialist brokers and client service teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Proven insurance experience, preferably in Property-Casualty (Combined).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of clients with tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify and develop risk management strategies for clients.
• Lead and approve insurance program design activities aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurers.
• Host client and insurer meetings with specialist broker and client service teams.
