Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and investment services, seeks a talented individual to join its Public Sector team in the UK. You will deliver tailored insurance and risk management solutions to public sector clients across the UK, drawing on Marsh’s 25+ years of sector experience.

You will manage client portfolios, identify risk management strategies, and lead program design activities in collaboration with insurers. Hybrid work is supported with a local office presence required.

Qualifications

• Proven insurance experience, preferably Property-Casualty (Combined).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship-building and management abilities.

Responsibilities

As part of Marsh’s leading public sector team, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions to public sector clients across the UK. With over 25 years of experience serving the sector, our team is committed to providing expert advice, innovative solutions, and exceptional service to a diverse range of public sector providers.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions
• Identify and develop strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs
• Lead and approve insurance program design activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurers
• Host client and insurer meetings alongside specialist broker and client service teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions

What you need to have:
