Job summary

Marsh Commercial in Leeds is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join our Commercial team. You will oversee a portfolio of clients, delivering tailored risk strategy advice and serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day service needs.

The role involves renewing and placing strategies with broking and client service teams, building strong multi-level relationships, and staying ahead of market changes to contribute to our knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance and risk management, preferably as Client Executive or Account Executive.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills; ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ACII part/fully qualified (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients.
• Develop an understanding of clients’ business priorities, risk strategies and needs; provide advice.
• Develop and execute renewal/placement strategies with broking and client service teams.
• Identify and win prospective clients or project work.
• Build and maintain multi-level relationships; serve as main contact for day-to-day service needs.
• Manage delivery of client service by the Marsh team.
• Keep abreast of market conditions and contribute to knowledge within product lines.
