Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior professional to lead and grow its Public Sector practice in the UK. The role focuses on business development, procurement, risk and contract matters, and leading complex proposals hosted in London as part of the PS leadership team.

You will partner with PSPA partners and client teams to win opportunities, drive pricing strategies, manage contracts, and align resources for high-quality submissions while collaborating across markets and with government

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in public sector or commercial roles.
• Academic qualifications equivalent to 2:1 or First-Class Honours in business/legal.
• Experience supporting government procurement and bids.
• Ability to lead pricing and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end proposal and framework submissions.
• Develop and implement growth strategy for UK PSPA.
• Coordinate with cross-market and governance teams.
• Build relationships with client procurement professionals.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement rules.
