Quantexa in the UK presents a new player-manager role to lead the UK&I public sector vertical, overseeing pre-sales and post-sales as a single end-to-end function. You’ll own ARR targets, manage a high-performing team, and cultivate executive sponsorship across central government, law enforcement, and regulators.

You’ll help shape governance, ensure seamless handover after sales, and contribute to the Global Pursuits playbook with domain insights.

Qualificações

• Proven technical leadership in pre-sales or post-sales teams.
• Experience with UK government technology procurement frameworks is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to engage with senior government stakeholders at director level.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial Ownership: own UK&I Net New ARR and NRR targets.
• Team Leadership: develop a high-performing Solution Engineering/TAP team.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: manage relationships with Programme Directors, CTOs, etc.
• Unified Lifecycle Management: oversee post-sales handover and value delivery.
• Domain & Playbook Contribution: input on government tech procurement practices.
