Job summary

3Search is hiring a Director of Field Engineering for the UK&I Public Sector in London with hybrid work. You will own both pre-sales and post-sales for critical government accounts, and lead a small team to deliver complex solutions.

You will interact with government CTOs and programme directors, shaping architecture, security and data analytics discussions while driving ARR/NRR growth. Equity and a generous bonus structure accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pre-sales or post-sales technical team against targets.
• Substantive UK government technology background, vendor-side or within government.
• Strong working knowledge of G-Cloud, CCS frameworks, sovereign cloud and security classifications.
• Technical credibility with government CTOs and evaluation panels on data, architecture and security.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-sales and post-sales for UK&I Public Sector under one function.
• Lead the most complex, high-value accounts while building the team.
• Own Net New ARR and NRR targets across central government, law enforcement, intelligence and regulatory bodies.
• Be the trusted senior counterpart to programme directors, CDOs and CTOs across government.
• Report into the VP Field Engineering, EMEA.
